01 Loading section of the Insulating glass processing line
1, Low-e Coating film detection
We adopted Low-E glass point-contact type detection, If the low-e glass film surface is put reversed, it will automatically alarm, it does not scratch the low-e film, and the recognition rate is high. Effectively solve the problem of high-transparent LOW-E recognition.
2, Method of the conveyor wheels

02 Washing machine & Drying section
Glass Washing machine:

Drying section:
1, Air blower outlet -It always keeps the right and suitable distance 3mm between the glass surface and air blower outlet.

When the glass thickness is changed, air blower outlet can move forward and backward to adjust the distance, so that the relative distance between the air blower outlet and the glass is constant, so as to avoid the damage to the glass film due to the change of the glass thickness

03 Conveyor and storage section of the Insulating glass processing line

1, Pressing
Adjustable Pressing
There is stress after welding in the iron Pressing frame, so out-of-shape problems are inescapable after using 3-4 times(pressing section can not press DGU properly evenly and tightly ). For this problem, firstly we all do the aging treatment, stress-remove by vibration failure device. Then We design the hundreds adjustable points on the backboard, if there are any out-of shape problems we can adjust easily at any time.

Method of argon gas filling
The position of the argon gas hole of the filling beam is automatically positioned according to the thickness of the glass and the width of the aluminum spacer, ensuring the argon gas hole is always in the middle of first glass and aluminum frames .For wide spacer of the residential window and doors,and triple glass, our advantages are obvious . Argon gas filled very fast and even it does save gas source.
For the bottom sealing of bottom argon gas filling method, The synchronous belt is better than the conveyor wheel
There is partition control of the argon gas filling beam , when do the different sizes of glass, it will automatically detect the length of the glass, and turn on the corresponding length of the argon gas hole,saving gas source
The equipment not only has a filling valve but also a pumping valve. According to the height of the glass, the corresponding height of the pumping valve is selected automatically and then extract the gas in the DGU. Through the inlet sensor, the glass argon filled concentration is instantly detected, and the argon volume is controlled accurately and efficiently.
